Elizabeth Dobson is a well respected, educated interior designer and up-and-coming gerontologist. She graduated from California State University, Fresno with an accredited Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design and a minor in Gerontology. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Gerontology at California State University, Long Beach, where she is currently researching ways to improve the lives of those suffering from Alzheimer's Disease and related forms of dementia through the use of art, color, and wayfinding. She looks forward to working with the growing population of older adults, finding ways to accentuate their productivity and independence through her designs.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, Elizabeth has always had an affinity for elements of design and aesthetics. Elizabeth began her design career while attending CSU Fresno. She worked briefly for a residential interior designer, and then found interest in landscape design and worked under a landscape architect for 3 years. Elizabeth has had the opportunity to collaborate with many professionals on notable projects, the most recent being at the University of California, Merced.

Elizabeth also works very closely with her father's business, Joseph M. Dobson Construction. If you do not have a contractor in mind to implement the designs provided by Elizabeth C. Dobson Interior Designs, Joseph M. Dobson Construction is also available for consultation. The Dobsons enjoy collaborating on projects, as Joseph is a true artisan, and very well respected in prominent communities for his custom home construction, remodels, and extraordinary custom millwork

Elizabeth's passion for interior design is reflected in the beautiful surroundings that she creates. An ability to collaborate with architects, contractors, and her clients have earned Elizabeth a well deserved reputation as a true professional interior designer.
